Learning Objectives

Level 2 takes your ticketing skills from foundational knowledge to operational proficiency. You will work directly with Global Distribution Systems — Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo — learning fare construction, PNR management, ticketing documentation, and IATA regulations that govern the global travel industry.

This is where theory becomes practice. By the end of this course you can process real bookings, construct complex fares, handle exchanges and refunds, and operate professionally within a travel agency or airline reservations environment.
